Ace is one of the founding memebers of Team Clambin, featuring on covers of magazines such as Powder, La Neige and Aka Skidor as a ski model. He later branched out into photography alongside mentor Mark Shapiro. Ace features in XYZ telemark skiing in Kashmir.
A.J. Hacket is the pioneer of modern bungee jumping, famous for his Eiffle Tower jump in Paris and promoting bungee jumping as a sport world wide. A.J. led us off the bridge in NZ during the shooting of Aotearoa with Jose Fernandes, 1988.
Since the early 90s, ex-racer, ski instructor and ski-action model Amy (Wheeler) Tonazzi has worked for all of them, from Warren Miller ski films to Skiing magazine covers and the rest. She features in XYZ skiing powder in the Cariboos for CMH Heli-skiing.
Ex pro soccer player, skier and mountain climber, Bernie is a leading influencer in the telemark skiing world and as head of Special Events with Swatch brought Flowriding to the mainstream featuring all the current greats of boardsports in snow, surf and skate.

Bertie is a multi world champion winning snowboarder in half pipe, boarder cross, slalom and GS and slope style disciplines and led the way from old school to new school during the formative years of snowboarding. Bertie features snowboarding in Switzerland.
Bill "Beaker" Bryan is a 15 times world champion skim boarder and was quickly lauded by his peers as the master of the Flowrider's Bruticus Maximus standing wave. Beaker features in XYZ riding the flowrider in Germany, Florence and Long Beach California.
Claude Ammann played the role of "Instructor" in the seminal paragliding films Super Max 1 & 2, helping to launch the sport on a global scale. As co-director of Le Centre Parapente de Verbier, Claude was a central figure in the development of the sport in Europe. Claude features flying paragliders in Switzerland.
Colin Morison was British mogul champion competing on Europa Cup and World Cup moguls and a professional ski model featuring in films and magazine covers throughout the 80s and 90s. Colin was an 'influencer' for British skiing, based in Verbier, Switzerland. Colin features skiing in Verbier.

Danny Kwock, actor, surfer, marketing ace for Quiksilver International, Danny was at the helm of 'new school' snowboarding in the USA, a leading influencer cultivating the baggy pants and wide stance crew of the mid 90s. Danny features snowboarding in California.
Andre 'Dede' Haase is an ex World Cup freestyle mogul skier, trainer and founder of the annual 'Derby de la Meije' race in La Clusaz, France.
Didier Lafond inspired a generation of French and European skiers with his films headlining Nuits de Glisse' in the 80s and 90s, such as Guns in the Sky and the now iconic Apocalypse series.

Gary Bigham was a freestyle skier, an avant garde alpine film maker and the front man of his band, The Crevassholes. Gary's films are hilarious, highly creative and offbeat, revered still to this day among afficionados.
Gary "Kong" Elkerton is a legend in the surfing world attaining multiple World Masters titles, an icon in big wave surfing, and was inducted into the Australian Hall of Fame. Kong features snowboarding and surfing in Biarritz, France during the Quik Cup.
Glen Plake rose to fame in Greg Stump's films and with his mohawk became a global icon in the extreme skiing world. In 2010 he was inducted into the US Ski Hall of Fame. Plake joined us on the first leg of our Haute Route trip.

Greg Stump's films made a sensation around the world leading the way past Warren Miller's annual fare with more off-beat influences connected to the new school, new wave of skiers and trashers.
Jacques Gris started out in the French water ski team before moving to the Alps pioneering freestyle skiing out of La Clusaz. Jacques then developed speed skiing, flying kilometre competitions, before the arrival of snowboarding and his collaboration with Quiksilver's Q-Stix brand with Serge Vitelli.
Jeff Hakman is a legend in his own time, winning title after title including Pipe Masters, Bells, Duke Classic and the World Championships. Jeff is also the founder of Quiksilver in the USA and Europe. Jeff joins us in Biarritz during the Quik Cup.
John is a Jack of all Trades, and a Master of every one of them. World champion in every discipline in Freestyle Skiing, John excels at everything he does including stunt skiing for Bond films, playing classical piano, electric guitar and as a film maker. John features skiing in the Cariboos, Canada.

John Falkiner is one of the founding members of Team Clambin in Verbier. Ex-Australian freestyle ski team member, coach, ski model, globe trotting adventurer, film production co-ordinator and lately, rockstar. John features skiing in India and telemarking in Kashmir.
Jose Fernandes was the first snowboard world champion and pioneered the early days of competitive snowboarding as featured in his ground breaking film Aotearo, filmed in Austria and New Zealand. Old school hard boot rider, Jose was an inspiration and icon for the new school generation, one of the first influencers in the sport. Jose features snowboarding in Austria and New Zealand.
Katie Steven was Australian mogul champion and ski model featuring on the covers of Australian and international ski magazines in between competing in WC mogul skiing competitions. Katie features skiing in Verbier and Falls Creek.

Kent Dowding was an aspiring Australian downhill racer and freestyle skier, winning the Australian Champs and the Summit Masters as well as a ski model featuring in the original Verbier Connection. Kent features skiing in Switzerland.
Kirstie Marshall won 17 World Cup Freestyle aerial competitions and 42 W.C. medals in total. She took aerial skiing to the next level and into the Lillehammer Olympics before gradually succumbing to numerous knee injuries in her final years of competition. Not before inspiring a new generation of Australian alpine sports champions. Kirsty features aerials in Japan.
Laurent de Kalbermattan is a pioneer paraglider inventor who led the development of the first wings "Ailes de K" launching the sport of paragliding world wide. Laurent was intrinsic to the production of the Super Max films.
Lisa Nicholas was an Australian world cup mogul skier turned professional ski model featuring on magazine covers and skiwear adverstising, promo and adventure films from Switzerland to the Himalaya. Lisa now teaches yoga and has become an author. Lisa features skiing in Switzerland and India and telemarking in Kashmir.

Mara Wolford was an American born pro surfer and member of the Swiss surfing team.
Marcus Lovett was a member of the Australian freestyle ski team competing in World Cup aerials and placing 10th at the 1988 winter Olympics. Marcus features jumping in France, USA and Japan.
Mark Shapiro is known as the 'godfather' of ski photography and is one of the founding members of Team Clambin. Marko's photos inspired globally, generations of skiers, snowboarders and paragliders into these sports and the resort of Verbier. Marko and i were side by side through much of the footage in this film.

Ray Robinson produced the Ford Ski Report which aired across the UK and Europe. Ray was also involved with bringing the Flowrider to venues across Europe including Munich, Florence, Oslo and globally to California, Durban South Africa, Sydney Australia and Manila Philippines.
Regis is famous for his role in the Apocalypse films being chased on his winter stick by a band of mono skiers, by Didier Lafond.

Scott Schmidt is an icon in the ski world for his trade mark poise in the air jumping off cliffs and rocks and consumate style. Scott was a regular visitor at Clambin headquarters and a major influence on the skiers i worked with.
Shaun Palmer was a world champion snowboard half pipe rider dominating in the 1990s and became one of the most decorated competitors in X Games history, his larger than life persona inspiring riders from all around the world. Shaun features snowboarding at Bear Mountain, USA.
Serge Vitelli was a French free ride style master on the Quiksilver roster. Serge became famous for the Vitelli turn, laying down 90° into a turn and then back up. In collaboration with Quiksilver Serge introduced his signature snowboard line, Q-Stix. Serge features snowboarding in Verbier.

Terje was also one of the dominant riders of the Bruticus Maximus flowrider wave, which is where we feature Terje riding in Munich and Florence.

Vincent Spano is a founding member of the Swiss Surfing Team and a pioneer of Swiss surfing. Vincent features snowboarding in Switzerland and surfing in Mauritius.
Yves Bessas is the founder of Uhaina and Nuits de la Glisse, the famous French film festival that toured the major cities and ski resorts across Europe screening the latest ski, snowboard, paragliding and other films of action. Nuits de la Glisse was a major supporter of the budding extreme film fraternity providing the best showcase.
Yves Rossy aka 'Jet Man' for his famous jet powered wings he attaches himself to and flys like superman. Yves is an airline pilot in real life and part of the Swiss hang glider and paraglider community, taking flight to the next level.
