My love of food and cooking is derived from the passion and flair with which both my parents and grandparents cooked during our childhood. From their cosmopolitain upbringing in Egypt and Palestine, France and the Middle East have always had an aesthetic influence against the background of my Anglo surrounds. What was tangible were the exotic flavours and aromas that came from their kitchens.
Hillbrook Food is a reflection of this heritage with dishes I hope bring you as much pleasure as they do me.
