BAKLAWA
A blend of spiced walnuts, sandwiched by buttered (pure ghee) layers of Filo pastry, all drenched in a honey-lemon syrup. Great taste, not too sweet, you can't stop at just one piece!
A vegan version is made replacing the ghee with coconut oil and the syrup without honey and tastes equally delicious!
Both traditional and vegan versions come as a two-pack, half tray(16 pieces) or full tray(32 pieces) sizes.
